  5. 1.      GRANT OF LICENSE.  MGSoftware grants to you the right
  6.     to use and to reproduce and distribute all software 
  7.     provided that (i) the Software is the UNREGISTERED version
  8.     and is not distributed for profit; 
  9.     (ii) the Software may NOT be modified; 
  10.     (iii) the user agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

  12. 2.      OTHER RESTRICTIONS.   You may not rent
  13.     or lease the Software.  You may not reverse engineer, 
  14.     decompile or disassemble the Software.
  15.  
  16.     NO WARRANTY.  ANY USE BY YOU OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR
  17.     OWN RISK.  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE ONLY WITH 
  18.     WINDOWS 3.XX AND RELATED SOFTWARE.  THE 
  19.     SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY 
  20.     OF ANY KIND.  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 
  21.     MGSoftware AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES 
  22.     OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, 
  23.     WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF 
  24.     MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 
  25.     MGSoftware IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY UPDATES TO 
  26.     THE SOFTWARE.
  27.  
  28.     NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event 
  29.     shall MGSoftware or its suppliers be liable for any 
  30.     damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, 
  31.     incidental, direct, indirect special and 
  32.     consequential damages, damages for loss of business 
  33.     profits, business interruption, loss of business 
  34.     information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out 
  35.     of the use or inability to use this MGSoftware 
  36.     product, even if MGSoftware has been advised of the 
  37.     possibility of such damages.  Because some states/
  38.     countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation 
  39.     of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
  40.     the above limitation may not apply to you.

  42.     INDEMNIFICATION BY YOU.  If you distribute the 
  43.     Software in violation of this Agreement, you agree 
  44.     to indemnify, hold harmless and defend MGSoftware and 
  45.     its suppliers from and against any claims or lawsuits, 
  46.     including attorney's fees that arise or result from 
  47.     the use or distribution of the Software in violation 
  48.     of this Agreement.
